The world of motorcycles from the beginning to the 1980s
Anyone who has already visited the exhibitions in PS.SPEICHER is usually impressed by the large number of two-wheelers. But that's not all by far; the collection has more to offer. The PS.Depot Motorrad in the historic former Einbecker wallpaper factory “Vereta” shows another two-wheelers on three floors with an area of 3,500 square meters. Among them are mainly German series motorcycles from the beginning until the 1980s, but also international brands.
In the listed building there are also two historical wallpaper printing machines as well as almost 1,000 printing rolls and sample books, which provide an authentic impression of the industrial history of the lovingly renovated building complex.
The PS.Depot Motorrad is accessible as part of a guided tour (no expert tour!) In certain time slots. The size of the groups that can be admitted is limited. For this reason, we recommend booking in advance on the booking page. With increasing demand, additional time windows will be offered.
The time windows are basically in the period:
Tue - Fri: from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Sat - Sun: from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Please inform yourself on the booking page about the currently available time slots.
Admission to the PS.Depot Motorrad is € 10.00 per person (€ 6.00 reduced).
The guided tours in the PS.Depot Motorrad start in the visitor center (Altendorfer Tor 3, 37574 Einbeck / access via Schusterstrasse). From there it goes together with the guide to the nearby PS.Depot.
The project "Opening PS.Depots" is 60 percent funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the state's development bank (NBank).
