General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) via our website www.ps-speicher.de.

The products displayed in the shop do not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button, customers submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by email.

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the product and are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

Delivery usually takes place within five working days. Any different delivery times are stated on the respective product page. Shipping is available within Germany only.

The following payment methods are available: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and credit card. Offsetting or exercising a right of retention is only permitted in the case of claims that have been legally established or recognised by us.

The delivered goods remain the property of STIFTUNG PS.SPEICHER until full payment has been received.

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Unlimited liability applies in the case of:

• damage to life, body or health

• intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty

• cases of product liability

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. In all other respects, there is no entitlement to compensation.

All image rights are held by STIFTUNG PS.SPEICHER or its partners. Any use requires express permission.

The contract text is stored internally. Customers receive a confirmation by email, including the General Terms and Conditions and order details. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer available online after the order has been completed.

The contract language is German.

Consent given by website visitors is only valid if they have reached the minimum age of 16.

We accept no responsibility for the content of linked external websites. The following applies to all external links placed on www.ps-speicher.de/shop: we expressly distance ourselves from their content and do not adopt such content as our own.

We do not participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings.
