Expert talk: Speed. Tempo! Tempo? - A History of Speed

Opening event and expert talk on the subject of speedon the occasion of the new special exhibition with the FörderFreunden in the PS.SPEICHER.  

This new exhibition isa cooperation between the Derneburg Castle Art Museum, the Hanover State Museum and the PS.SPEICHER. Each museum interprets the topic from its respective perspective: The Hannover State Museum from a cultural and natural history perspective, Derneburg from the perspective of contemporary artists and the PS.SPEICHER illuminates the technical side of the hunt for ever higher speeds on land and in the air.   

On the occasion of the opening of the exhibition at PS.SPEICHER, there will be a discussion with very interesting guests who will discuss the topic of speed. Be thereStarfighter pilot Bodo von Garmissen from Einbeck, the former head of development at Bugatti Engineering, Gregor Gries, dragster pilot and team boss at Wild Weasel Dragracing, Lars Kofer, and Sascha Fillies, exhibition manager at PS.SPEICHER.Jan Kalbfleisch, board member of the PS.SPEICHER STIFTUNG,  leads through the talk.
