Brand: Dinky Toys

Dinky Toys is the brand name of manufacturer Meccano Ltd., which produced model cars in Great Britain and France from 1934 to 1979. Production of Dinky models ended in France in 1972 and in Great Britain in 1979.

Because Dinky models remained highly popular, Editions Atlas began commissioning reproductions of numerous Dinky models in 2008. The same applied to models of the Corgi brand.

All the Dinky models in this collection, however, are originals. Collector Rolf Rüth always bought them new and regarded them purely as collectors’ items from the outset.
