Right of Cancellation for Contracts Concerning Goods

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period begins on the day on which the goods are received – either by the person who placed the order or by a person appointed by them, excluding the carrier.

Right of Cancellation for Contracts Concerning the Provision of Services

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, STIFTUNG PS.SPEICHER, www.ps-speicher.de, Tiedexer Tor 3a, 37574 Einbeck, Germany, Email: info@stiftung-ps-speicher.de, of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter sent by post or by email.

You may use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after we have received your notification of cancellation.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods no later than 14 days after informing us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.

If you requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you informed us that you were exercising your right of cancellation in relation to this contract, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

There is no right of cancellation for:

• goods that have been made individually according to the customer’s specifications, for example custom sizes or special printed versions;

• sealed audio or video recordings if the seal has been removed after delivery.
